Heavenly Laws of Banking and Investing far out perform earthly banks and investments.
2 Cor 9:11 He will always make you rich enough to be generous at all times, GNT
The Lord puts out the challenge to his people…..by faith will we take up the challenge?
Mal 3:10 Bring your full tithe to the Temple treasury so there will be ample provisions in my Temple. Test me in this and see if I don’t open up heaven itself to you and pour out blessings beyond your wildest dreams. Msg
Do you have faith to take the challenge? Without faith, it is impossible to please Him.
Matt 19:16 Someone came to Jesus with this question: “Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?” 17 “Why ask me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. But to answer your question—if you want to receive eternal life, keep the commandments.” 18 “Which ones?” the man asked. And Jesus replied: “‘You must not murder. You must not commit adultery. You must not steal. You must not testify falsely. 19 Honor your father and mother. Love your neighbor as yourself.’”
20 “I’ve obeyed all these commandments,” the young man replied. “What else must I do?”
21 Jesus told him, “If you want to be perfect, go and sell all your possessions and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
22 But when the young man heard this, he went away very sad, for he had many possessions.
23 Then Jesus said to his disciples, “I tell you the truth, it is very hard for a rich person to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. 24 I’ll say it again—it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the Kingdom of God!”
25 The disciples were astounded. “Then who in the world can be saved?” they asked.
26 Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.”
27 Then Peter said to him, “We’ve given up everything to follow you. What will we get?”
28 “Yes,” Jesus replied, “and I assure you that when the world is made new and the Son of Man sits upon his glorious throne, you who have been my followers will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29 And everyone who has given up houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or property, for my sake, will receive a hundred times as much in return and will inherit eternal life. 30 But many who are the greatest now will be least important then, and those who seem least important now will be the greatest then. NLT
If you don’t forget the poor, the Lord will not forget you.
1 Tim 6:17 Tell those who are rich not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which will soon be gone, but their pride and trust should be in the living God who always richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment. 18 Tell them to use their money to do good. They should be rich in good works and should give happily to those in need, always being ready to share with others whatever God has given them. 19 By doing this they will be storing up real treasure for themselves in heaven‑it is the only safe investment for eternity! And they will be living a fruitful Christian life down here as well. TLB
Prov 19:17 When you help the poor you are lending to the Lord‑and he pays wonderful interest on your loan! TLB
The stock market has lost much of it’s value, many banks have failed, the federal government is now printing money like never before. World financial institutions offer no guarantees. But what does the word of God say?
Num 23:19 “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? NKJV
1 Kings 8:56 “Blessed be the Lord who has fulfilled his promise and given rest to his people Israel; not one word has failed of all the wonderful promises proclaimed by his servant .TLB
If you are going to accept the challenge, and make the sacrifice to serve God acceptable realize that there will be resistance to your sacrifice and your commitment.
Gen 15:9 And he said unto him, Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon. 10 And he took unto him all these, and divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another: but the birds divided he not. 11 And when the fowls came down upon the carcases, Abram drove them away. 12 And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; KJV
If we make the sacrifice to honor God’s Word, and enter into a covenant relationship with Him
concerning giving and receiving, then we can expect the promises to be fulfilled to us.
Job 36: 11 If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. KJV
Ps 34:10 they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing. KJV
The generous and the compassionate always prosper.
Prov 11:25 The generous will prosper; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed. NLT
Our Covenant commitment guarantees our inheritance.
Gal 4:7 Now you are no longer a slave but God’s own child. And since you are his child, God has made you his heir. NLT
Rom 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs — heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, NKJV
2 Cor 8:9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich. NKJV
Deut 8:18 “And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day. NKJV
Remember, wealth within itself ,is not our source.
1 Chron 29:12 Wealth and honor come from you alone, for you rule over everything. Power and might are in your hand, and at your discretion people are made great and given strength. NLT
Eccl 5:19 Moreover, when God gives any man wealth and possessions, and enables him to enjoy them, to accept his lot and be happy in his work — this is a gift of God. 20 He seldom reflects on the days of his life, because God keeps him occupied with gladness of heart. NIV
Deut 29:9 ” So keep the words of this covenant to do them, that you may prosper in all that you do.
NASU
Remember, no sacrifice for the Lord will go unrewarded !
Mark 10:29 So Jesus answered and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s, 30 who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time — houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions — and in the age to come, eternal life. 31 But many who are first will be last, and the last first.” NKJV
Please pray for these faithful people this week.
