You’ll Get Through This- Hope and Help for Turbulent Times     by Max Lucado - Men, Women (Single & Couples)
You fear you won't make it through. You fear that the depression will never lift, the yelling will never stop, the pain will never leave. In the pits, surrounded by steep walls and aching reminders, you wonder: Will this gray sky ever brighten? This load ever lighten? In this six-session, video-based study, pastor, and New York Times best-selling author, Max Lucado offers refreshing assurance for anyone in the midst of turbulent times. Max reminds you God doesn't promise that getting through trials will be quick or painless. It wasn't for Joseph- tossed in a pit by his brothers, sold into slavery, wrongfully imprisoned, forgotten and dismissed-but his Old Testament story is in the Bible as a reminder to trust God to trump evil. With the compassion of a pastor and the heart of a storyteller, Max explores the story of Joseph and the truth of Genesis 50:20: what Satan intends for evil, God
redeems for good.

Moms Set Free - Good news for moms who are tired of trying to be good enough! | For Parents
Moms are under so much pressure; and we don't just feel the pressure to be "good enough" for our kids.
We also feel the pressure to be "good enough" for God- in and through our parenting. These impossible standards leave us stuck bouncing between worry, fear, anger, and shame, and threaten to steal all the wonder and adventure, not just from our parenting, but from our lives. Jeannie Cunnion knows how it feels to fear that we are letting down our kids and disappointing God in our parenting. And she invites us to discover how the good news of the gospel empowers us to live--and parent--as a Mom Set Free. Jeannie shows us how to:
• Lay down what God has not asked us to carry as moms so we can thrive in what He has. • Embrace our significance in our children's lives in light of God's sovereignty. • Trust God with the children He has entrusted to us. • Receive God's grace so we can reflect God's heart to our kids. • Stop trying so hard and start enjoying our children more. The good news of the gospel changes how we live and, therefore, how we parent. In coming to believe the gospel more deeply for ourselves, a radical transformation will occur in our hearts that will overflow into our homes. Get ready to breathe deeper, walk lighter, and start parenting in the freedom for which Christ has set you free!

Christianity, Cults, and Religions by Paul Carden - Men’s & Women’s Group
The Christianity, Cults & Religions DVD-based study helps Christians know what they believe and why. By comparing Christianity with groups such as Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses, people have a better grasp about what the Bible says about who Jesus is and the message of the Gospel. This six-session study simply explains the history, background, and beliefs of the most common world religions and cultic groups: Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Mormonism, Jehovah's Witnesses and other groups. Paul Carden, one of the most respected specialists in this field, has spent 30 years researching, writing and broadcasting on the topics of cults and new religions. He is the general editor of the best-selling cults comparison chart, Christianity, Cults & Religions. Carden presents an easy-to-understand comparison of the founder, date, location, history, beliefs, of each group. Carden also explains how to talk with people of other faiths in a way that will open them to the Gospel and not turn them off. Participants will gain a solid Scriptural foundation for their own faith so that they can answer the questions of other groups - who is Jesus? What do we believe about God? What happens after death? How do the other religion’s view salvation?
